Legazpi City- Frantic yet careful. This is how to describe the frenzy inside DOLE Bicol as its personnel moves in every direction and almost in unison in preparation for the scheduled ISO 2nd Surveillance Audit this mid-November.

“We started with 5S and general cleaning and now we are in the middle of finalizing the documents due for the ISO audit,” DOLE Bicol regional director Rovelinda A. Dela Rosa said.

The scheduled ISO Surveillance Audit this November is the second in DOLE Bicol in which the office and personnel are optimistically preparing for. It is needed for the office to retain its ISO Certification.

DOLE Bicol asst. reg. dir. and regional deputy quality management representative Teodoro T. Delson strongly believes that both the office and the personnel are more than ready for aid audit.

“I have seen them (personnel) prepare even on Saturdays and Sundays they are coming to office with no overtime or whatsoever. Their willingness is overwhelming and with that I know that we will retain the certification once again,” DOLE Bicol ARD Teodoro “Ted” Delson stressed.

With just a week before the audit, DOLE Bicol has initiated adjustments both in office area and in the processes of daily transactions.

“Let us remember that our main goal in retaining the ISO Certification is to improve our processes for the benefit of our clienteles- the Bicolanos. Let’s us live our battle cry Public Service-the DOLE Bicol Way,” DOLE Bicol regional director Rovelinda A. Dela Rosa said. – fin.
