(This is a big help to me as well as to my family because the farming tools that you have provided will make my work easier. I don’t need to borrow or pay the rest of these tools that I’ll be using in farming because of what your program provided. I was given the opportunity to be one among the recipients of DOLE Kabuhayan Program. Thank you because I’m given the chance to get a higher profit and growing livelihood.), he shared ”

(Rest assured that I shall take care of what you have given me. We do hope you will help more people just like me who is an ordinary farmer that needs assistance.)”

Rovelinda A. Dela Rosa, OIC Regional Director said that this is one of DOLE’s contributions to the governments' agenda of inclusive growth through massive job generation throughout the country.

She asserted that given the tools provided to the beneficiaries, it is expected that farm productivity will be improved and will eventually translates into higher family income.

Raymond Escalante, OIC head of DOLE Albay Provincial Field Office reminded the beneficiaries to make use of the tools and jigs, and not to sell them.

Meanwhile, Olga R. Ludovice, provincial livelihood focal, on the other hand, emphasized the need to sustain project implementation.
