     (1) with SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth contribution (this computation may vary depending upon the actual computation of contribution of SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth)
        (2) without SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth contribution Wage Order No. RBV-16
        (3) without SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth contribution under Wage Order No. RBV-17
