Putting emphasis on career guidance to enable students to make good career decisions and address the problem of jobs & skills mismatch, DOLE Bicol through its Albay Provincial Office conducted a career guidance and employment coaching to 443 Senior High School Students of the Bicol College in its gymnasium in Daraga, Albay earlier today.

Ms. Vanessa Miguel, LEO II discussed the Labor Market Information including jobs that are in demand and which will be in demand in the next 10 years, as well as hard-to-fill occupations in the key employment generators in industries to provide students with well-informed and intelligent skills paths and choices of careers.
